These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Bluewhale International (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”) engaging our recruitment or HR- related services.
By signing up for or paying for our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Scope
Bluewhale International provides recruitment-related support including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in the agreed service plan or proposal shared before project initiation.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate job descriptions, selection criteria, and communication details for project execution.
Delays caused by incomplete information or unresponsiveness may impact service timelines.
3. Payments and Fees
All service fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments once made are non-refundable except in cases of service non-delivery due to fault on our end.
Currency conversions, transfer charges, or bank fees are the responsibility of the client.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information — including candidate profiles, hiring data, and company documents — confidential.
We ensure that candidate data shared with clients is accurate and lawfully obtained.
5. Candidate Ownership
Candidates sourced and presented by Bluewhale International remain under our reference for a period of 90 days.
If the client hires a candidate introduced by us during this period, the engagement is considered a result of our service.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy in sourcing and screening, Bluewhale International is not liable for the performance or conduct of candidates after hiring.
Our responsibility ends upon submission of the agreed deliverables.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by written notice.
If termination occurs after project initiation, the client remains liable for completed work and associated fees.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or, if required, through a competent court in Karachi.
